Maple Lane primarily serves cabinetmakers, builders, and designers. We also work directly with homeowners who are comfortable specifying custom work and coordinating installation through a professional.

Maple Lane doors are crafted in the U.S., just outside of Nashville, Tennessee, using a small-batch approach rooted in custom cabinetry.

All doors are supplied primed and ready for finish. We do not offer pre-finished or painted doors at this time.

Our standard doors are crafted from high density fiberboard for durability. If you'd rather have doors made from stain-ready natural wood, we are happy to do that as well, just let us know!

All Maple Lane doors can be built for inset or full overlay applications. You’ll select the application when entering specifications.

Yes. You can enter multiple sizes and style combinations within a single order.

Lead times vary based on order size and complexity. Current lead time estimates are shared after specifications are reviewed, but are generally about 3 weeks. We certainly try to accomodate your needs!

Your specifications are reviewed by our team. If anything needs clarification, we’ll reach out before production begins. Once confirmed, we’ll provide timing and next steps.

We require a deposit prior to the job being placed in our production queue and the balance upon shipment. Payments are made securely through our website and are managed my Shopify which is the industry-leading online ordering platform.

We require door quantities, exact width and height dimensions, and application (inset or full overlay). Additional construction details and notes can be included with your order. We will reach out with any questions and to confirm the details prior to pricing and production.
